Withdrawal from contract form
A form for exercising the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication.

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication or off business premises within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

Fill in and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
After receiving a valid notice of withdrawal, we will return all payments received from the consumer, no later than 14 days from the day on which this notice was delivered to us.
Please note: The right to withdraw expires if the service has been fully provided or if digital content has been delivered, provided the consumer gave prior consent to this.
