Everyone starts with the assessment. Without a report there's no point going further, you don't know what you're working with.
Interpretation session
Part of the starter package. 60 minutes with a certified coach who explains your results in the context of your situation.
Further development
Coaching, a team workshop, or another service. It depends on what you need.
