Team workshop
A full-day or half-day workshop for a team of 6 to 15 people. Everyone knows their profile, the team knows how to work together, and the outcome is a concrete action plan.

A half day workshop for owners and management teams. The four needs people have from a leader, and how to feed them with your own talents. Assumes finished results.
Using Your Full Potential

A five-session program that turns a boss into someone people don't want to leave. The natural step after a team workshop. It works through the manager's talents.
Fortal Zone
The place where talents do not end up in a drawer, on your phone too. The team sees the teamgrid and pairs, and on request an AI interpretation from a coach; an individual sees their profile and My Journey after the test. Every client gets it. Both demos are open without signing in.

Everyone starts with the assessment. Without a report there's no point going further, you don't know what you're working with.
Interpretation session
Part of the starter package. 60 minutes with a certified coach who explains your results in the context of your situation.
Further development
Coaching, a team workshop, or another service. It depends on what you need.
