Using Your Full Potential
A day about time, strengths and one step you take right away. Most people do not spend most of their time where they are strongest. Not out of laziness, but because nobody ever named it.
A full day, morning and afternoon. A group of 8 to 40 people.
No assessments, no licenses, no access codes
This day does not require every participant to buy an assessment in advance, wait for results and hold a licensed report. A pencil is enough.
Nothing to buy up front
No access codes, no waiting for results, no paperwork before the date. We agree on a day and we come.
A pencil and paper will do
The work happens on printed sheets that everyone takes home filled in. A flipchart instead of a deck, a lot of silence, little theory.
It fits where measuring everyone makes no sense
A large group, a one off gathering, a budget that will not carry a profile for forty people. The content does not get watered down, it leans on what participants already live.
From eight to forty people
Team workshops built on talents run up to twelve or fifteen people, because everyone gets time over their own profile. This day is built differently: work in pairs and threes holds up in a large group, so it fits where a team workshop does not.
Conferences and company gatherings
A block that gives people something to take home, not just another topic delivered between two coffee breaks.
Whole company and whole department days
One shared language for people from different departments who otherwise never work together.
Offsites and away days
A day people carry home as a filled-in sheet, not just as a photo from a team building event.
What the day looks like
Two blocks with lunch in between. It is led from a flipchart, so we can respond to what is actually in the room.
Time, gifts, quadrants
Where your week actually goes and where your strengths are. Six areas of gifts and the two you are strongest in. Work in pairs.
Limits, burnout, commitment
Where your limits are and which road leads to burnout. Personal quiet time over your own week and a commitment spoken out loud in threes.
Paper, not slides
Worksheets that participants take home filled in. Nobody opens photos of a deck at home. A filled in sheet they do.
Who this day is for
Teams and companies with no profiles
You do not want to measure a talent profile for each person, but you do want people to know where they are strong and where they burn themselves out.
Groups facing change
A reorganization, new leadership, or the stretch right after a demanding season. A day where what to let go of gets named out loud.
People whose good work tires them
They deliver good work and are starting to get tired of it. Usually because they live in the quadrant they are good at and do not enjoy.
What participants take away
Filled in sheets, not notes
They take home paper they can keep working with.
Six areas of gifts and the two strongest
Named so that they can be said out loud and used on Monday.
Their own week in quadrants
A split of what they actually do and a decision on what to drop.
One action step
With a date and the name of the person who will ask about it.
The most expensive quadrant is not the one you are bad at
It is the one you are good at and do not enjoy. That is exactly where people load you up, because you handle it. And that is exactly where burnout happens. So the day does not end in a good feeling, it ends in a concrete decision about that quadrant.
What people ask us most
Do we really need no assessment at all?
No. The day stands on working with your own lived experience and on printed sheets. Anyone who wants a measured profile can get one afterwards, but the workshop does not depend on it.
How many of us can there be?
From eight to forty people. Below eight, working in threes stops making sense. Above forty, the quiet time and the sharing out loud stop working.
How is this different from the team workshop?
The team workshop works with the profiles of specific people and with how they fit together. This day works with the time, gifts and limits of an individual. You can easily be a group of people who are not even a team.
Who leads the day?
A certified Fortal coach. It is led from a flipchart rather than a deck, so we can respond to what is actually in the room.
Want this day at your company?
Tell us who and how many people you want to get into the room. We will agree on a date and the scope. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.
