What the Gallup test CliftonStrengths is
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is a scientifically validated assessment developed by researchers at the Gallup Organization. It reveals 34 talents: natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It ranks them by your natural strength.
Unlike MBTI or DiSC, CliftonStrengths isn't about personality types. It doesn't put you in a box. It tells you specifically how you operate and where your greatest potential for performance lies.
