What the Gallup test CliftonStrengths is
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is a scientifically validated assessment developed by researchers at the Gallup Organization. It reveals 34 talents: natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It ranks them by your natural strength.
Unlike MBTI or DiSC, CliftonStrengths isn't about personality types. It doesn't put you in a box. It tells you specifically how you operate and where your greatest potential for performance lies.

Frequently asked questions about the Gallup test
The starter package, i.e. the CliftonStrengths 34 questionnaire, a personalized report and a 60-minute session with a certified Gallup coach, is €220 excl. VAT (€270 incl. VAT). The questionnaire with the personalized report and Fortal Zone on its own is €85 excl. VAT (€105 incl. VAT). The access code for the assessment is included and there are no extra fees.
No. CliftonStrengths is licensed by Gallup, so the access code is always paid for, wherever you buy it. What is free with us is a 30-minute consultation: we go through what you are dealing with and tell you straight whether the test will help. The free "Gallup tests" circulating online have nothing to do with CliftonStrengths.
Yes. You take the questionnaire in Czech and your report comes in Czech as well. Gallup issues the results in English and we turn them into a personalized Czech report describing your talents and the way they combine. The Czech report is our own module, not a machine translation.
The whole test runs online, anywhere, on any device. There are 196 questions with a 20-second limit on each one, roughly 30 to 45 minutes in total. There is no right or wrong answer and the time limit deliberately leaves no room to polish your responses.
Your ranking of all 34 talents appears the moment you finish the questionnaire. We prepare the personalized Czech report next and send it by email. In the starter package a 60-minute debrief with a certified Gallup coach follows, usually within one to two weeks, and turns the talents into concrete steps.
