The assessment takes about 20 minutes and runs online. From anywhere, on any device. After you order, you'll receive an access code by email. We recommend taking it in a quiet setting without distractions. The assessment deliberately gives you no time to overthink, spontaneous answers are more accurate.
Top 5 reveals your strongest talents. What you're naturally exceptional at. For most individual coaching, that's enough. Top 34 shows your full talent profile, including the ranking of all 34 themes. It suits deeper work, team comparisons, or when you want to understand the full spectrum of your strengths and weaknesses.
Gallup recommends against taking it more than once. Talents are stable over time, and retaking it produces practically the same results. The exception is major life changes (a career shift, a long break from work). If you took the assessment long ago and don't have the results, we're happy to advise you on how to proceed.

The session lasts 60 to 90 minutes and runs online or in person. A certified Gallup coach goes through the results with you and translates them into your specific situation. Work, team, career, relationships. We won't just restate what you've read. We'll make sense of it in your context and suggest concrete steps.

Regular sessions (typically once every 2 to 4 weeks) for people who want to turn talents into results systematically, in their career, leading people, or personal development. We work on concrete situations, not theory.
Each team member takes the assessment individually, then the results are combined. The team sees what talents it has available together, and where the blind spots are. The manager gains data for assigning tasks, resolving conflicts, and developing people. The result isn't a feel-good teambuilding, but a concrete plan.
We work with teams from 4 to 30+ people. For smaller teams (4 to 8 people), the basic workshop is a good fit; for larger teams, we suggest a multi-day or modular program. We're happy to prepare a tailored quote.
A standard team workshop takes one full day (6 to 8 hours). It covers individual results, the team profile, and practical situations from everyday collaboration. For more complex programs, we offer a multi-module solution spread out over time.

Gallup generates the results immediately after you finish the assessment. We usually schedule the interpretation session within 1 to 2 weeks of completing the assessment, depending on mutual availability.
