You can save the zone to your phone's home screen and open it with one tap. You stay signed in for 90 days, and when your coach sends you a new worksheet, adds something to your card or your report is ready, you get a notification.

Who gets into the Zone?
We switch on access for specific people. What each person sees depends on the setup: the team zone shows the team's talents, the personal zone shows your own profile and journey, and you can have both. In a company with several teams, a person can see just their own teams. Sign-in is with a password or a link sent to your e-mail.
Is our data safe?
The Zone is a separate space just for your company. Only the people we open it for can see the data, and each person's talents are visible only if that person chooses to share them. Sign-in is protected by a password or a link sent to your e-mail.
Is it a Gallup product?
No. Fortal Zone is our product. It works with your talent data and our own interpretation. CliftonStrengths is a trademark of Gallup, Inc.
What if someone doesn't want to be seen?
Sharing talents is voluntary. Everyone decides at their first sign-in whether colleagues can see their talents, and can change it at any time. On request, we hide a person from the Zone completely.
What's free and what's premium?
The core of the Zone (team, team at a glance, talent overview, pairs, combinations, talents, research, news and worksheets from your coach) is part of working with us. We unlock premium extensions based on the team's needs: deep profiles and pairs from Talent DNA, Fortal AI Insights, print posters as PDF, team ranking with your own selections of people, and multiple teams within a company. You see them in the Zone as a preview and we're glad to make them available.
