We switch on access for specific people from your company. Everyone who gets it sees the talents and reports of all team members. They sign in simply through their e-mail, no passwords.
Is our data safe?
The Zone is a separate, password-protected space just for your company. Sign-in is via a one-time link to your e-mail, all data is private and accessible only to the people we open it for.
Is it a Gallup product?
No. Fortal zone is our product. It works with your talent data and our own interpretation. CliftonStrengths is a trademark of Gallup, Inc.
What if someone doesn't want to be seen?
Anyone can be hidden from the Zone. Others then don't see their profile.
What's free and what's premium?

Premium extensions, deep profiles from Talent DNA and Fortal AI Insights, we unlock based on the team's needs. You see them in the Zone as a preview and we're glad to make them available.
