How does assessment + report differ from the starter package?
Assessment + report includes the access code and a personalized Czech report. The starter package adds a 60-minute interpretation session with a coach. We recommend it for those who want to understand their results right away and put them to practical use.
How long does the assessment take?
Around 30–45 minutes. Each question has a 20-second limit. Don't take it when tired. The results are reliable only when you answer on first instinct.
Can I retake the test?
Technically yes. You buy a new code. In practice it makes no sense. Talents are stable over time. Gallup recommends retaking the assessment no sooner than 10 years later.
Is the report really in Czech?
Gallup generates the report in English. The personalized Czech report we send is prepared by our coach and tailored to your situation.
