We're a team of certified Gallup coaches, and we actively collaborate with other certified coaches. Everyone who works under Fortal holds a valid GGSC certification.
We come from practice
Fortal is built on one conviction: working with talents has to have a measurable impact. Not just a sense of personal growth, but concrete results at work. That's why we bring a business approach, not a therapeutic one.
We're a team of certified Gallup coaches, and we collaborate with other certified coaches. Each of us came to CliftonStrengths from a different field, so we know how to translate talent data into language that makes sense in the office, on the production floor, and in sales.
Everyone who works with customers under Fortal holds a valid GGSC certification (Gallup Global Strengths Coach). We don't compromise on that.
