My why →Andrea Dudaško
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, mental coach and trainerI help managers, entrepreneurs, and teams understand how they naturally think, make decisions, and function under pressure. And above all, how to use it in practice.
My professional path started in nuclear engineering. I worked in science, in international companies, and for seven years in management positions in Asia. Today I combine CliftonStrengths, neuroleadership, NLP, and experience from real people management.
What I enjoy about Gallup is that it quickly names things a person has often sensed for years but couldn't grasp. I don't treat talents as labels. I care about how they show up in decision making, delegating, leading people, in conflict, or under pressure.
I go after concrete impact. I don't want a client to leave with just a nice description of themselves. I want them to know what they will start doing differently.
Alongside coaching, I run workshops and create the Mindshifting podcast about the brain, thinking, and change. I am also a mother, and I have a long-standing interest in teaching children and adults to use their heads, to argue their case, and not to automatically adopt other people's rules.

My why
I see many smart and capable people trying to be good mainly by fixing their weaknesses.
Often they have no idea what is exceptional about the way they work. Or they know, but cannot use it deliberately.
CliftonStrengths gives people a language for what they already have. For me, though, the work does not end with the names of the talents. It begins the moment a person understands how their talents behave under pressure, when they help and when they complicate life.
I want people to perform in a way that fits them. Not by forcing themselves to work like someone else.
