What the workshop looks like
Preparation
Each participant has completed the assessment and ideally gone through an intro interpretation. The coach prepares the talent map of the whole team.
Individual profiles
Each participant presents their top talents. The others learn to recognize these patterns in everyday collaboration.
The team as a whole
We map the talents of the team as a whole: what comes naturally to us, where our blind spots are, and how we complement each other.
Action plan
Everyone leaves with concrete steps. The team leaves with shared understanding and agreements on how to work together.
