I have experience with company acquisitions and building sales teams from scratch, so I know what business looks like both from day-to-day management and from big strategic decisions.
I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach (GGSC) and an NLP coach, so I get to combine Gallup, NLP, and sales every day, directly in practice, and I see the results in the numbers.
I believe that in the age of AI, self-knowledge is one of the few truly lasting competitive advantages. AI can master almost anything learnable. What a person is naturally good at, it cannot.
Besides work, I love tennis, fitness, and learning. I am a father, and I try to carry the same principles, working with strengths, clear feedback, and respect for what comes naturally to a person, into parenting and everyday life too.
