For many years I worked as an HR manager. That gave me first-hand insight into what managers and teams face every day – how hard it is to communicate well, lead people, make decisions under pressure or handle change.
More than fifteen years ago I founded my own training company, ProEnvi. Since then I've been through thousands of hours of training, coaching and development for managers, entrepreneurs and entire teams. But I kept searching for tools that don't just skim the surface and instead help people truly understand how they work. A great help for my clients are horses – real horses.
That's why today I combine CliftonStrengths (Gallup), insights into how the brain works, a coaching approach and leadership training with horses.
Gallup helps me uncover a person's natural talents – the way they think, make decisions and deliver their best results. Horses then show, without prejudice, how those strengths really play out in communication, leading people, building trust or handling pressure. It's precisely the combination of these two methods that brings deep self-awareness which doesn't stay on paper but translates into practice right away.
