Vojtěch Vágai
Gallup Certified Strengths CoachVojtěch is a professional with many years of experience in education, leading people, and developing potential. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Charles University and spent several years as a leisure-time educator, working with children and youth and developing non-formal education.
He led several organizations focused on leisure activities and the upbringing of young people, which gave him deep experience in managing teams, setting up processes, and creating a safe and inspiring environment. He also worked as a coach and sales manager, developing leadership, communication, and work with strengths.
In his role as a Gallup coach, he connects practical experience in leading people with the CliftonStrengths methodology and helps individuals and teams discover and develop their natural talent.

I have worked with young people for years and I keep seeing the same thing.
Uncertainty about what they're cut out for, where they are heading and how to decide.
School rarely prepares them for it. And parents cannot always help them put it into words.
Yet this is exactly what matters. Knowing where my natural abilities are. What I can lean on. Not for the sake of performance or career alone, but to do something meaningful that does not wear me down over time.
